- 1 cup plain dried breadcrumbs

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika

- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp canola or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, parsley, chili powder, oregano, and thyme.
- Gradually mix in oil until the breadcrumb mixture is evenly coated.
- Coat each chicken thigh in the breadcrumb mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
